Industrious ( Welkin en Meraki) gaat in september een 2e locatie openen in Brussel. Vanwege de tijd en nieuwe ontwikkelingen willen ze over naar een uitgebreider platform dan de Avaya. Wij gaan voor Brussel een voorstel maken op basis van WElevate om te beginnen 1 Essential licentie en 1 Connecsy console voor Elevate. Ze gaan dit met MacBooks gebruiken. De eerste oplevering is dus 1 essential, 1 Belgisch nummer ( nieuw) en 1 Pridis bedienpost. Graag een kosten en uren-calculatie. Aanvullende info. Na oplevering gaan we ook de eerste locatie overzetten van IPO naar Elevate. Hi Jeroen, I think the standard desktop phone with the colour display will suffice. The console used to interact with Elevate will be MacBooks that we provision for the operations staff. We look forward to seeing the contract. Thank you! Ik heb dit overleg met Jeroen en Frank. Het gaat over meerdere locaties. De beperking zit nu op het uitgaande nummer. Dit is een probleem als we meerdere locaties willen aansluiten. Dit is nu ook onder de aandacht gebracht bij Pridis en Intermedia. Ingepland om een initiele calco te maken.

Zowel bij Pridis al bij Intermedia het "probleem" uitgezet en dat dit vanuit commercieel oogpunt nu een beperking is.

Pridis en Elevate voor multi location is tot op heden niet mogelijk. De authenticatie van Microsoft stuurt dit bij Pridis naar 1 backend. Dus op basis van het domein kan er dus maar 1 back-end bestaan. Daaropvolgend kan er ook geen specifieke routering bestaan binnen pridis. Dus het volgende scenario kan dus niet: Gebruiker A belt uit over TIE-Line koppeling A Gebruiker B belt uit over TIE-Line koppeling B Aangepaste nummerweergave is aan de Elevate kant pas Q4 klaar. Het is dan nog wel de vraag wanneer dit bij Pridis ingericht wordt.

Nogmaals met Pridis gesproken voor Zoom. Ook hier is het niet mogelijk om over een specifieke trunk uit te laten bellen via het platform. Wanneer er met zoom gewerkt word, dient er namelijk SBC tussen te zitten (van ons). Maar bij meerdere "platformen" of meerdere locaties is het dus niet toe te wijzen aan 1 klant.
