Let even op details zoals instellen van de juiste tijdzone. Daarna kun je inloggen op de Partner Portal (laat me weten of dit is gelukt of niet). En van daaruit kun je naar alle belangrijke Zoom partner onderdelen, zoals ook Learning. Die moet je halen om verder te kunnen, uiteindelijk moet je dus de onboarding geheel succesvol afronden. Daarna volgen de technische trainingen voor onze accreditatie. Vanaf de homepage van learning (Home - Zoom Up Partner Learning Center<https://partner-learning.zoom.us/pages/38/home>) kun je op 'Get Accredited' klikken om het hele curriculum te tonen. Wij doen die voor zowel ZTSA (presales) als voor ZDA (deployment). Dat is VEEL, maar er zit ook veel overlap in. Het is verstandig om een logische volgorde aan te houden: * Eerst ZTSA en daarna ZDA, zodat je eerst het platform leert kennen en dan pas leert hoe je het deployed/configureerd * Voor ZTSA: * Begin met de Zoom Foundations en Zoom Workplace, dan door met Zoom Phone en daarna Zoom CC -> dit zijn voor ons de belangrijkste en moeten we als eerste gedaan hebben * Dan komen de zaken zoals Zoom Virtual Agent, Spaces, Revenue Accellerator en de nieuwste telg van de Zoom familie Workvivo * Daarna ZDA voor deployment: * Zelfde volgorde, eerst Phone, dan Customer Experience (CC), gevolgd door Zoom Virtual Agent, Spaces en Workvivo Uiteraard zou het helpen om ook al de juiste licenties te hebben, maar die komen pas als we geaccrediteerd zijn op 'Silver' level.
