Advice on switching to another system, see below. Heren, Zie hieronder een mailtje van Spirit Energy. Serica neemt de volledige entiteit Spirit NL van Spirit Energy over. Alle overeenkomsten worden bij voltooiing van de verkoop van de entiteit Spirit Energy Nederland B.V. overgedragen aan Serica. Met betrekking tot de inkooporder die wij bij Spirit hebben gefactureerd (4500673795) voor de Avaya IP Office: Deze is gemarkeerd voor overdracht, waarbij de dienst is aangemerkt als een vereiste voor de overgang vanaf dag 1. We willen graag inzicht krijgen in eventuele vereisten voor gegevensmigratie/import/export bij de overgang van het systeem van Spirit naar Serica na voltooiing van de verkoop. As Serica is purchasing the full Spirit NL entity from Spirit Energy, any agreement(s) you hold with Spirit Energy will transfer over to Serica upon completion of the sale of the Spirit Energy Nederland B.V. entity. In relation to the purchase order you hold with Spirit (4500673795) for the Avaya IP Office, this is marked to be transferred over with the service highlighted as a Day 1 requirement for transition. We are looking to understand any potential data migration/import/export requirements in the movement of the system from Spirit to Serica upon completion of the sale. Can you please advise on this, including information on timing and cost requirements? Furthermore, as part of the transition process, we will also be looking to add your company to the Serica AVL (Approved Vendors List). I have attached the Serica vendor onboarding forms for completion and return with requested associated documentation.
