We are looking to understand any potential data migration/import/export requirements in the movement of the system from Spirit to Serica upon completion of the sale. Can you please advise on this, including information on timing and cost requirements?\n\n\nFurthermore, as part of the transition process, we will also be looking to add your company to the Serica AVL (Approved Vendors List).
