Klant wilt graag MS Teams integreren binnen hun Avaya IP Office omgeving. Momenteel hebben zij een IP Office draaien, een SIP Trunk en een Audiocodes SBC. Het gaat om het integreren van Teams voor 6 medewerkers. Alle benodigde licenties vanuit MS Teams zijn bij deze klant reeds aanwezig. Het gaat om de Teams integratie, zodat zij MS Teams kunnen gebruiken als softphone voor thuiswerkers, maar ook als softphone voor op kantoor. Graag ontvang ik een calculatie van wat er nodig is om bij deze klant deze integratie te realiseren. Het is een vergelijkbare case met die van Maastank B.V. (Dekker tankopslag).
