Wij hebben een nieuwe opdracht ontvangen van Espria. Contactpersoon is: Marianne Assen Senior Medewerker Bedrijfsbureau Shared Service Center Espria / Inkoop M 06- 51 38 67 41 E marianne.assen@espria.nl Hierbij alle benodigde info om deze op te pakken en af te handelen. Belangrijke toelichting bij deze opdracht: Wij sturen bij opdracht direct een 100% factuur naar Espria. Dit is door Frank afgestemd met Marianne Assen. Zij gaat zorg dragen dat deze binnen 30 dagen betaald wordt. Dit is ook afgestemd met Richard Evers. Let op! Factuur is op 11-2-2021 al door Richard verstuurd naar de klant. Parallel starten wij de bestelling en planning op, zodat wij na ontvangst van de betaling de licenties kunnen laden en activeren in het systeem. Door deze aanpak beperken wij de doorlooptijd. Voor de WFO licenties berekenen wij een Professional Service prijs per licentie. Deze bestaat uit 1,5 uur x € 125,00 = € 187,50. Dit is conform gemaakte afspraken vanuit het initiële project voor de levering van de WFO oplossing waarin wij geen professional services van TSV hebben doorbelast. Met deze afspraak wordt dit gecompenseerd bij uitbreidingen. Inkoop: Westcon offertes staan in de map inkoop, betreft twee losse offertes, 1 voor Agent Desktop en 1 voor WFO Bestelling bestaat uit: 6x Avaya Agent Desktop softphone licentie per Agent (kan op tekstregel ingevoerd worden) 10x Avaya WFO Select Quality and Performance licentie (kan op tekstregel ingevoerd worden) 200x Avaya CCT licentie voor WFO (kan op tekstregel ingevoerd worden) 10x WFO Professional Services per licentie 1x Professional Services voor remote activeren van de licenties en bijwerken van de systeeminformatie in de systemen bij TSV en Avaya (is 2x Engineer uurtarief à € 107,-) 1x Avaya software support en upgrade protection 1x TSV service voor WFO Select Recording user Totaal eenmalig: € 8.229,00 Totaal maandelijks: € 173,30 Factuurgegevens eenmalige kosten: Betalingsvoorwaarden 100% bij opdracht Betaling dient te geschieden binnen 30 dagen na factuurdatum Inkoopordernummer: ESP02036725 (dit nummer dient op onze factuur te staan) Factuuradres: Zorgcentrale Nederland t.a.v. SSC Crediteuren, Postbus 265, 1440 AG Purmerend Factuur mailen naar: digifactuur@espria.nl Factuurgegevens maandelijkse kosten: Na levering van de licenties kunnen software support en upgrade protection kosten toegevoegd worden aan de servicefactuur die wij naar Espria sturen. De looptijd is gelijk aan die van de hoofdovereenkomst.
