Beschrijving

For scenario 2 we need more clarity on what to do with language codes and CC destination other than NL, for calls returning to the call center. Based on the current knowns - excluding the possibility to change CC destination and provide TTS in different languages towards the CP as this needs to be refined - which is basically the current startJob ACS application: > As our current startJob ACS application already provides the PSTN vendor invitation process, there is no need to change anything > The fallback to CC for noMatch or empty vendor list is included in scenario 1 so there is nothing we need to add on top of that either We should work out the exact requirements for the CC selection and how to handle the TTS prompts in an additional meeting and should involve Marijn as this will cover his API's as well > We estimate two days for this should be sufficient and these are included in this quote After the final specifications are completed a new estimate and quote will need to be provided for the actual development.
