1 = Fallback to CC with noMatch where we will catch the jobID in Breeze and communicate the UCID and JobID to AL so that any agent taking the call will get the return job wizard > We estimate that we need 4 days to build this in Breeze and ACS, also a bit depending on the final API endpoint on the AL side > This will include a 'fixed' Dutch prompt which we will play towards the CP before routing to the callcenter ('Om u verder te helpen verbinden wij u door met ons call center.') > We will route the call based on a regular noMatch after a startJob and also when we receive an empty invitation list within the startJob (needed for scenario 2)
