Beschrijving
Dit is een PROJECT opportunity (dus niet voor een losse opdracht) TSV heeft aangegeven de inventarisatie uit te willen voeren en vanuit dat inzicht advies te geven over de mogelijkheden tot modernisering. Om tot een voorstel te komen heeft TSV een duidelijke scope nodig. Overeengekomen is dat Edo Zwartbol een architectuuroverzicht gaat uittekenen en dit wordt de basis voor het opstellen van de eisen en wensen voor de inventarisatie. Vanuit de werkplek zijn er diverse persona's (profielen) bekend. Deze kunnen als leidraad gebruikt worden om communicatiebehoefte aan toe te voegen. Aandachtspunt is RIB hier is nog niet een heel duidelijk beeld, mogelijk volledig nieuw profiel. Deze documenten gaan wij in een meeting op locatie bij GVB bespreken, zodat er gelegenheid is voor toelichting en TSV een duidelijke scope of work heeft voor het uitvoeren van de inventarisatie.
