Er is in de afgelopen periode veel gebeurt bij RMC. Nieuwe aandeelhouder(s) en die hebben per direct ook een nieuwe directie neergezet. Deze heeft een visie om met technologie van marktleiders te werken en dit ook in hun aanbestedingen uit te gaan vergroten. Zij hebben besloten dat het nieuwe platform Genesys wordt aangezien dit één van de marktleiders is en een bekende en herkenbare naam voor de opdrachtgevers en potentiële opdrachtgevers van RMC. Het verschil in de TCO tussen de Genesys oplossing en onze oplossing (ca. 6K per maand) wordt op basis van de visie geaccepteerd. Aangeboden oplossingen waren: Genesys, Storm (via Content Guru), Talkdesk en Buzzeasy (via TSV) Het projectteam van RMC was overtuigd van onze oplossing. En zagen het ook zitten om met ons de toekomst in te gaan.
