Uitleveren: 16 uur voice enginering Maandelijkse kosten: Vastnet TCV Cloud €115 per maand,- TCV Voice DC/PM10x €3, totaal €30 per maand This quote is only for connecting the Acolad PSTN infrastructure to ACS. From our perspective this will be relatively straight forward as we already have the infrastructure in place to connect our customers to Microsoft and this allows us to connect to ACS in approx. 2 days. Additionaly there will be SIP trunks added for connectivity between Avaya and ACS: - TSV Direct Routing = €3.00 per (SIP) MRC * 10 channels initially = €30 MRC - Administrative fee for ACS SIP direct routing calls €115 MRC (see below) Calls from ACS can consist of one or two parts, depending on the type of call: - The part of the call between ACS and Avaya (internal) - The part of the call between Avaya and PSTN (external) > For calls from ACS to Avaya (no outgoing call to the PSTN) only the internal part will be charged > For calls from ACS to PSTN both the internal and the external part will be charged The charges for external calls are the same as the current outgoing call charges (since they use the same TSV-Connect SIP trunks). Microsoft charges for incoming and outgoing calls to and from ACS. We will pass on these costs without surcharge (see https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/details/communication-services/), Microsoft indicates this to be €0,0038 per minute per call leg. We do charge a monthly fee of €115 for this administrative process.
