Beschrijving

This opportunity is part of a larger project which will be delivered in phases. This is the first phase of that project and will only cover the additionl IVR that is needed within the Breeze platform. There will be two separate Breeze flows, one for selfservice and one that will work as the 'zoeksysteem'. This quote is only for the selfservice flow as this will contain the IVR (the zoeksysteem flow is for when agents manually transfer to Breeze after creating a job themselves). In scope for this opportunity: - New selfservice flow for German tender - not using the existing flows as there are major differences in functionality - Two new API endpoints; one for the language selection/verification and one for creating the job and fetching the invitations list - Implement on Breeze DEV (=IMS ACC) first then move to IMS PROD (=IMS PROD) - Project management Not in scope for this opportunity: - Ad-Hoc or OPI-A flows, this will be in the opportunity for the German call center - No changes to the other API endpoints as noted there will be only two NEW API endpoints
