Hey Ronny, Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we have decided to switch to a different internet provider starting from May 1st, 2024. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, and I appreciate your time and efforts spent with me over the last few months. I regret that I could not inform you earlier about our decision. Unfortunately, one of our colleagues had already sourced some new offers from other providers and got them signed before I was able to share the information with you. I hope that this will not affect our professional relationship, and I thank you for your excellent service and support. As a result, I would like to know what steps we need to take to terminate our contract with you, and if there are any fees or penalties involved. Cheers for your continued support

I’m sorry to hear that the pricing of KPN is disappointing, but I already told you that TSV can deliver you a sharper/better pricing. ?? The first thing we need to do is, extend the current fiber contract that TSV is already providing Sennder. After all, this fiberglass does need to be extended asap. Then we schedule a new appointment for November to schedule the second fiber optic, if TSV can arrange this for you. This way I'm sure you won't get double costs. If TSV may and can deliver your main fiber next year, then it would be helpful if you already cancel your KPN fiber (contract) before it is tacitly renewed. Sidenote: where did you arrange mobile telephony in the Netherlands? Is that also KPN of Vodafone? If that is the case, there is a good chance I can provide you also some savings there as well.
