Voor 2 fax apparaten gebruik kunnen gaan maken van webfax van het NEC platform, om de huidige externe dienst te vervangen. Hiervoor zijn 2 resource-line licenties nodig. De klant is op de hoogte van het volgende en is hiermee akkoord: > Webfax nummer wordt gezien als een ‘resource lijn’; dat is een soort gebruikerslicentie maar dan alleen voor bellen en gebeld worden (geen functies mogelijk zoals softphone etc.) > Er is standaard 1 webfax inbegrepen bij elk normale gebruikersaccount – dat is zo’n persoonlijke faxmailbox waar ik het al eerder over had. > Een losse/additionele fax kost €8,50 per maand voor één resource lijn licentie > Er kan maar 1 publiek telefoonnummer op 1 fax uitkomen. We kunnen dus niet meerdere publieke nummers op 1 webfax uit laten komen in de configuratie. Elk extern nummer heeft een eigen fax licentie. > Er worden geen kosten gerekend voor het externe telefoonnummer, maar er zijn wel tikken pér uitgaande fax. Deze tikken worden niet meegenomen in de account pooled minutes. Met andere woorden, uitgaand faxen zit niet in een bundel en wordt per minuut afgerekend. Middels deze offerte wordt aangeboden: - alle benodigde licenties - omzetten van de faxnummers - implementatie op het NEC platform - instructies voor het gebruik >> De klant dient zelf te zorgen voor het opzeggen van de huidige dienst.
