Beschrijving

Wij hebben een voorstel uitgewerkt ten behoeve van het vervangen van de huidige TSV IP Office Cloud oplossing voor een Univerge Blue oplossing. Het betreft een vervanging op basis van dezelfde functionaliteit zoals die nu in gebruik is. Dus evenveel gebruikers, groepen, netlijnen en nummers (deze porteren wij naar het NEC Univerge Blue platform). Alle bestaande Avaya J169 toestellen worden vervangen door Yealink bureautoestellen op basis van een huurprijs per stuk per maand. De J169 toestellen ruilen wij in en deze zullen wij doorverkopen aan Edge-UC (Peet de Graaff). Voor alle overige informatie verwijs ik naar de getekende opdracht. Hierin staat uitgeschreven wat er besproken en overeengekomen is. Belangrijk is om de uitvoering van het project goed af te stemmen met de klant. Contactpersoon hiervoor is Rob Mors. Belangrijk is dat na oplevering de maandfactuur aangepast wordt. Hiervoor dient Jessica tijdig geïnformeerd te worden, zodat dit voorbereid kan worden. Graag haar voorzien van de informatie en aangeven dat ik (Frank) indien gewenst haar kan informeren over de wijzigingen.
