Hi David, It took quite a bit longer than I expected – even from this customer (they are notoriously indecisive ?? ), but I finally got my answer for the numbers and states: The number for Alphanumeric is to be requested for: Raleigh, NC 919 area code They where a bit reluctant at first because of the usage charge (@ €0,07 per minute). They think that operating their services like this would cost them too much (seems there is only like €0,25 - €0,30 margin for them on calls so taking 0,07 means 25%). This might come up during the visit on April 19th, but for now they agreed we need to start with something. They need only one number so I guess we just multiply by five to get to the minimum fee? I understand that our other customer isn’t yet ready to bite the bullet so we need to cover most of our initial costs with this opportunity – that is something Frank needs to sort out ??
